The space

Spring Flowers Bedroom (Main Floor): King-size bed, 55" Roku TV, charging station alarm clock, white noise machine.
Winter Snow Room (Main Floor): Twin-over-twin bunk bed and an extra mattress for sleepovers. 50" Roku TV and PlayStation 5, complete with two controllers, charging station, and white noise machine.
Fall Leaves Bedroom (Lowest Floor): King-size bed, ensuite bath, 55" Roku TV, and access to the lower deck.
Summer Kites Bedroom (Lowest Floor): King-size bed with a separate bathroom nearby, 55" Roku TV, a work desk, and access to the lower deck.
Lower Deck Access: Both Fall Leaves and Summer Kites bedrooms open directly onto the lower deck, offering stunning mountain sunrise views.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1: Enjoy a relaxing bath in the oversize soaking tub or unwind in the large luxury rain head shower.
Bathroom #2: Conveniently located near the Summer Kites Bedroom, it features heated floors, luxury rain head shower, lighted mirror, and hair and body wash products.
Bathroom #3: Located in the Fall Leaves Bedroom, it features heated floors, luxury rain head shower, lighted mirror, and hair and body wash products.
Bathroom #4: Powder room located on the top level by the main entrance.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*You must be 25 years old to book. No smoking of any kind. No parties. See rental agreement for more information.
*All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign within 48 hours a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of government-issued photo ID. Additionally, we require a $500 off-platform security 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart. We use a secure integrated property management software and have Airbnb's permission to process the hold.
*Up to 1 dog allowed; $120 for entire stay (will charge more if pet urine or feces detected inside the home). Please pick-up excessive hair. Crate dogs if left at the home.
*To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Outside of the applicable cancellation policy for your booking, no refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
*We provide all towels and linens along with body + hair soaps, starter paper products, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. You can find a complimentary starter pack of coffee and tea in the kitchen drawer.
*New Washer & dryer on the main level of the kitchen.
*Please note, this is a three-story home with stairs.
*Check-In/Out: We do not offer late check-out or early check-in unless previously agreed on.
*Getting There: The road is paved all the way. The resort has some slightly steep roads as you navigate to the lodge. The town of Beech Mountain does an excellent job keeping the roads salted and plowed in the winter months. However, four wheel drive or chains may be required during heavy snow events.
*We encourage you to explore our stunning Beech Mountain & we’re happy to offer you our tips. Breathe in the mountain air, go on an adventure, and relish your time away from work!
